The Dutch company ‘Roem van Yerseke B.V.’, located in Yerseke, consists our of several production locations:
- Processing factory for canned mussel products
- Dilution and processing factory for fresh mussels
- Oyster cleansing
- Breeding plots in Zeeland and the Waddensea
- Shellfish hatchery
The German company ‘Royal Frysk GmbH’ is specialized in frozen mussels and consists out of:
- Mussel cultivation companies in Niedersachsen and Sleeswijk-Holstein
- One of the most modern mussel processing factories on the face of the earth on the expertise of frozen mussels
The power of the Group is its self-reliance as a result of the mussel cultivation on the very spacious breeding plots in the Dutch and German Waddensea. The final step of the dilution process always takes place in the Oosterschelde, which is one of the most nutritious and pure water sources that can be found in Europe.
